The workshop can include (at your request):

• Tracking and evaluating Pupil's Current Progress as well as their Commitment to and Behaviour for Learning
• Pupil and Staff Target Setting and Target Getting
• Consistent and Accurate Assessment and its use to inform planning
• Aligning the SIDP (School Integrated Development Plan) and subject plans for impact on key groups and individuals
• Accountability and responsibility for learning and good progress - Teachers, subject leaders, Year heads, SLT and Governors
• Use of Assessment data in Performance Management
• Parent and pupil communication and engagement in the assessment process
• The role of the subject leader and the "Learning Guide"
• Measuring and reporting on current progress at subject and school level, including within the SEF
• Triggering Interventions and changes to Learning & Teaching and the Provision, including some examples
