Schools are feeling increasing pressure on their curriculum to offer a wider range of options and to include a growing number of vocational options. Quite apart from the demands of its pupils, governmental initiative such as Post 14, Every Child Matters and Personalised Learning make new curriculum solutions essential. Secondary schools and colleges will be expected to increasingly work together to improve the provision to pupils in their locality.

• Review of provision - One of our advisers can review your current offering, this may include reviewing the context within which the school works and the likely future prospects of the pupils, talking with pupils and parents, and perhaps conducting a survey of their views. The report to the school will include recommendations for change withi the school but also may outline how the school might work with other schools and colleges, and seek funding for the changes.
