Most teachers will say that they can tell what a school is like as soon as they walk through the door. There is some truth in this, a school culture is a complex mix of hard organisational factors and softer personality based factors of the individuals that attend the school on a daily basis. For the leaders of the school it is important they address both its organisation and the motivation of its people.

We provide a number of advisory services to support schools in this area:

• Review of school culture - We can conduct a review of a schools culture by visiting the school and meeting with key members of staff and other stakeholders. Such a review might include the use of our Whole School Package, which examines the views of all stakeholders on the key aspects of the school including the organisational culture, or it might include a focused survey on the school's organisational culture.

• Bespoke support package - We can provide support packages in this area which focus on particular aspects of school life, which it appears are have a large influence on the culture that exists within the school.
