There are some key things you need to know about our advisory support: - Close Working Relationships - It simple really, we recognised long ago that unless we deliver a service that meets our customer's needs and helps them achieve their goals they won't comeback for more! To do this we need to work on a partnering basis which means early on we try to share our views of how we will each benefit from working together; we try to be clear on what we can and we can't do; we continually seek feedback and are candid and honest with giving feedback; and we work on an open book costing basis so you can see you are getting value for money.
- Friendly, independent expert at your side - Our advisers have a range of skills and experience to add to your resources, and most importantly they work to your agenda as they are independent. We encourage all our people to meet you as often as they can to understand the context in which you work, in this way you should feel they are part of your team.
- Unique Mix of skills - Our people come from many different backgrounds, we have educationalists who have recently been heads of schools, local authority advisers including Directors of Education and specialists in asset management, inclusion, behavior and data management; we have project and change management specialists; we have ICT professionals; and we have advisers from commercial backgrounds in leadership, partnering, fund raising and project assessment. We are not jus recycling old theories with our unique mix we constantly seek fresh and innovative solutions.
- Tested solutions or made to measure - We have made sure we stay well informed of new iniatives and methods that are being tested to ensure we offer the best possible solutions to you, our customers. In many cases we are able to either use solutions (be it training or advice) that has been successful elsewhere - these "off the shelf" solutions have the advantage of being tried and tested and as there is no development required and good value for money and ready to go. If however your requirement is more complex or larger in size then we will bespoke a solution to meet your needs, but to ensure success we will still draw on previous learning and we will fully inform you of our approach.
- Service Guarantee and Value for Money - We follow a strict policy of making sure our solution meets your needs, that means we will tell you if we have the right advisers and tools available, we will not start work if we don't think we can deliver what you want when you want it for the price you have agreed.
