Why be an Interim Manager?

People become Interim Managers for many reasons, most especially, the good ones are well qualified and have worked in a number of different environments which have served to give them an range of ideas and skills to bring to bear on new projects and challenges.

Often in education experienced heads or local authority advisers seek a new outlet for their skills after a successful career work in or with schools. For most people on our Excelence Chain they retain their passion for helping others to learn and are willing to work in a focused way to support and contribute to the work of others on a temporary basis.

Some seek roles to temporarily cover key postions in the absence of a fulltime staff, others prefer to be involved in projects where the roles will end when the project is completed. Other provide much need full or part-time support in times of crisis or change for an institution.

If you are a potential Interim Manager wishing to join our Excellence Chain please call us on 0845 009 4020, or complete an application form by clicking here.
