- Composition of the selection panel
- Dates, timings and purposes of all stages
- Job description
- Person specification
- Salary range
- Interview activities
- Advertisement, including optional Microsite
- This phase involves one of our recruitment consultants and is arranged at a time to suit the school
- A shortlisting meeting with the agreed selection panel to determine the candidates for interview against the person specification and job description
- The recruitment consultant will have reviewed the applications prior to meeting
- Cocentra will work with your school to agree invitations for interview and visit arrangements as required
Interview- One or two day activities which can include:
- 'goldfish bowl'
- lesson observation
- in-tray exercise
- presentation

- meeting staff and students
- panel interviews

- The consultant will lead the process, collate findings and debrief the unsuccessful candidates
Post-Interview- We provide a mentoring service in collaboration with NAHT (London)
