Cocentra are able to provide single training days but are also able to design packages of days that provide continuity and progresion in the training over whatever period the cluster wishes.

Providing training to clusters has a number of benefits:

• it can provide an impetus to bond the organisations within the cluster
• it can provide a common focus which can be further developed in all schools in the cluster
• it does represent good value for money working as a group rather than individual organisations

Many schools and clusters of schools are focusing their training on the improvement of learning and teaching.
